Do you have a physical store?

No! We are a online store only, FOR NOW ☺

 

How do I track my order?

Orders under $100 don't come with a tracking number to keep shipping costs low for the customer, if you'd like a tracking number please email us or use the contact coca page to let us know!

 

I placed an order, but never received a confirmation email.

- If you do not receive an email from The Codega within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your spam folder. 

- Your email address may have been entered in incorrectly.

- To check on your order's confirmation you can log into your Codega account.

I love this item, but it's sold out. What can I do and how often do you restock?

Every formulation used for Ceychains, Coasters, Necklaces, etc. circulate every three months. For example, if you love a Ceychain that was featured in March it will return in June depending on the popularity and demand.

Amazing News! Starting September 2020 The Codega will restock every second Sunday of the month.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are shipped out every Saturday keeping COVID in mind and keeping this one woman owned business safe. With having a compromised immune system I personally try to limit the time that I'm in crowded and enclosed places. Please allow 7-14 business days for your items to be shipped out and reach its destination. 

What is your return/exchange policy ?

We do not accept returns, however we will do everything we can to make sure you are happy with your order.
